Shopping Resource - Plus Tights

I love the garter look for tights! But it can be really hard to find awesome tights in anything but the dreaded one size fits most. :( You should be able to at least pick a different size!

So I found a really great website for pretty tights with all kinds of sizes (usually up to 4X)!
Donatellas is a UK based company that offers really affordable tights with tons of cute styles! Most options are under $18 and I believe all the shipping is free as well - aw yeah!

These are perfect for a gyaru wardrobe! Wear any of these under some shorts or a skirt to look really great. Go check it out! http://www.donatellas.com/tights.html

Jeffrey Campbell boots - for much less ^_~

I've always lusted over Jeffrey Campbell shoes. However at $100 - $200 a pair, I haven't been brave enough to spend that much on a pair of boots.

But here we might have a solution!! Check these out:

These are only $35 at Make Me Chic. :) In my opinion, this would be an excellent opportunity to try this style without shelling out lots of cash and killing your budget. They look like a combination of these two Jeffrey Campbell shoes below:

This is the Mary Roks by Jeffrey Campbell priced at $124.95 at SoleStruck.

This is the 99 Tie Glitter by Jeffrey Campbell priced at 139.95 at SoleStruck.

I purchased these since it was such a reasonable price! I will review and post pics as soon as I get them in. Of course, I've only heard and never experienced how a Jeffrey Campbell shoe fits and feels. I will try to convey a good review with as much information as possible though!

What's your verdict? Are these a suitable substitution or can nothing compare to Jeffrey Campbell shoes?

Miu Miu online store and spring wishes

Miu Miu, a brand I am constantly drooling over, now has an online store to tempt you. I've always admired this brand as they carry very classy luxury items. Most of their bags wouldn't go out of style for a VERY long time. Soft supple leather, attention to detail, gleaming gold and silver hardware... Don't worry though! The prices will always bring you back down to planet Earth. You can check it out here.

Now, if money were no object (dreams) these are a few items I would snag for sure.

This gorgeous spring bag...

Fabulous Shoes....

Charming bracelet....

GO CHECK IT AND DIE A LITTLE BIT WITH UNFULFILLED JOY.

Christmas shopping at the Galleria

Made an evening at the Galleria with my dear Mark and friend Ivan. :) Just a pic of my outfit. Of course I had to stop by the Sanrio store! We roamed the arcade for a bit as well.

Here we can see Mark in the background twirling his mustachio and Ivan pretending to be in a fighting game. How silly!

Afterwords we went to DunoBaby for tapioca. Heheh... try to ignore the wierd look on my face please! I scored a new pencil case, 3D stickers, and a scheduler. YAY :)

Hopefully, you guys have finished your shopping by now... Christmas is right around the corner!!

Torrid Gal Finds - pic spam

OMIGAWD... So torrid is having a great sale on clearance items now. Yeah, I'm kinda chunky and wearing a size "0" is kinda weird... but look at all this awesome Gal stuff I found!

On my GalCir forums, I had someone asking about Gal on a budget. It's totally doable! While we all want that new such and such that costs a bazillion dollars, you can still find some great stuff in some unexpected places. And I LOVE clearance... such a rush!

Everything here is under $15, except my fav piece: this leopard fur coat for only $18.

Check it out here!

My favorite piece... only $18. WOW, just wow.

Full fur vest - Doesn't it look so warm and luxurious? Yay for fur trend!

Plaid! I love plaid, as it is trendy and great for the Rokku look.

Fur trimmed vest - a fun way to add the fur trend to a simple coord.

Simple black pants go with everything, plus keeps your legs warm. ^_^

Bow detail on the sides is so cute!

Olive shorts - easy to coordinate with blacks or browns.

Leopard sequin top - so flashy!

So... anyone else trying to do Gal on a budget? What are some great places for you to find Gyaru clothing at some seriously awesome prices?

'Cause girl... my nails cost money, and I want to have it all: clothes, shoes, nails, jewelry... @_@
Haha... my wallet is in tears.

Jewelry Gets

I went to trader's village in Houston and scored a some sweet stuff! Trader's village is a big open air market with tons of people selling anything imaginable. I literally spent all day there and barely saw everything.

This my "CC" necklace. It's so pretty! I highly doubt this is Chanel, but I love it anyway. ^_^

This is my favorite purchase: a matching ring and necklace set of Choco Cat!
Hee hee... I love anything deco.

I haven't worn the Choco Cat yet... but soon! Very soon.... :)

Super MAC Haul - PIC HEAVY

OK - so I got a bonus at work and spent it all on goodies for myself! This is my first MAC purchase, and I went overboard. ^_^ But I'm so happy with everything I got! How can a Gal resist a sale?

I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves.

Nail Deco - simple

Just a quick post for everyone. ^_^

I re-did my nail deco a few days ago to something more simple and sturdy. My last design lost a few rhinestones. :(

This time, I painted my nails with a peach pick base and covered with three coats of pink glitter polish. While the polish was still wet, I placed a large clear rhinestone into each nail. Then, I went around the edges of the stone with a clear top coat.

This turned out very well as I haven't lost any jewels yet!

I used pink ocean in the sinful colors polish line - my new favorite brand! Only $2 a bottle and so fabulous on my nails! Plus, you can get these at just about every drug/department store.

Cheers to feeling pretty and girly!

One Top - Two Looks: Polyvore!

I tried something new today! I took one top (the hollywood cut off and the olive tank) and tried to make two looks with it. :)

Welcome to Polyvore!

On the left side, we have a cute pom pom hat, with studded shorts and a leopard print belt. :) I love leopard print! The shearling accented boots are so awesome IMO, and a simple matching bag to bring it all together. Not so sure about the nerd glasses... but hey? Why not?

On the right side, I went for a more glamorous look. The captains hat is sassy, so I couldn't resist. Add a chic scarf and a cute ruffled skirt for something more girly... then Bam: some really rocking ankle boots! I saw these and thought "Lady Gaga". :) Then a fabulous clutch for a look that would be perfect for a night out.

What do you think? Good or Bad? Be honest...

Local Store Fnd - Agaci

Wandering around the Galleria, I found a great store tucked away in a corner of the 2nd floor. It's a large store full of clothing, shoes, and accessories geared towards teens.

Agaci is a very affordable shop that carries a lot of GAL styles. www.Agacistore .com is the website. At Agaci, you can find items ranging from $15 to $40 (wow) including shoes and accessories. Below are some of their clothes and shoes that caught my eye!

I seriously need those boots and that printed shirt! What's you favorite piece out of these?
